There are now 886 characters in the Nsibidi dictionary from the Nsibiri Project, and 83 of them on this wiki (unique images, not character pages)

Working on writing a Javascript plugin for Wikia that would automatically search Forvo for the right pronunciation instead of having each sound file uploaded to the wiki

Using Nsibidi on other websites
Hooray! I've managed to use the characters from the wiki on another website (specifically, in a Flickr comment). I used this code for each character:

I hope eventually, after most of the characters have been identified and classified, I can use their identification numbers to develop a character encoding system so they can be interpreted by computers as text and not images.
Update: From now on, when I use Nsibidi characters on this blog, clicking on them will take you to their character page. You will see the following banner whenever I do this:
Ifunanya lyrics in Nsibidi
I want to caption the music video for 'Ifunanya' by P-Square using Nsibidi. One, cuz I love that song, and two, the song uses an Nsibidi language, Igbo.
New Nsibidi character: bring
On a whim, I decided to make a poster of that Igbo proverb about kola nuts (you know the one, "He who brings kola nut, brings life"), but I couldn't find the Nsibidi character for "bring". So here's my first attempt at creating a new Nsbidi character:
Explanation
So, in my language (Mbe), the word for bring is a compound of come and bring, which makes sense in English too: when you bring something, you're coming with the intention of giving, right? So I combined the two characters, making the come character the dominant one.
The only problem is, I don't know what radicals make up the character for give, I just chose the one that looked the best. Maybe when I know more characters...
